Terri’s career spans several continents and sectors. Her passion is to help organisations identify and attract future leaders. Terri’s uncanny ability to find the right people stems from her diverse set of experiences and broad lense. She sources candidates from Australia and around the world. Terri is highly sought for her work in governance and policy. She also provides career advice and mentoring to individuals seeking guidance.
Terri is passionate about our planet and the creatures great and small on it. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and speaks fluent German and French.
COMMUNITY
Towardco is proud to provide pro-bono services to a number of not-for-profits and social enterprise start-ups. Terri Ward is a member of the selection panel for the Fellowship of Indigenous Leadership and assists the Emerald Hill Mission with fundraising activities. She is actively involved in the South Melbourne Districts Junior Football Club. She recently sat on advisory committees for the Earthwatch Foundation, Significant Women’s Network, South Melbourne Life Saving Club and the local school council.
